So we can answer. Nothing else is done with it.
If you paid and cannot open your report, paste the receipt number from Stripe and we will send the link back.

Refunds

If a report was not useful, say so here and you get your money back. There is no form to fill beyond this one and nothing to justify. At $29 the argument is not worth either of our time.

Refunds are processed by hand by the person who owns the payment account, so give it a couple of days.

Something wrong on a page

Every number here traces back to a filing. If one looks wrong, it is either a mistake in how we read the filing or a mistake in the filing itself, and both are worth knowing about. Tell us which page.
